1. Who's entering into this agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of the legal entity that pays for the subscription) and Citorial, operating at citorial.com. By subscribing to a plan or signing in to app.citorial.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What we sell

Citorial sells monthly subscriptions for AI search visibility. Each subscription covers one brand; every additional brand is a separate subscription of the same plan. The plans are:

Essential (R$497/month (about US$97)): monthly measurement of how AI assistants talk about your brand, the dashboard and visibility score, your official brand presence published and maintained by us, and the site readiness check with the fixes to apply.
Professional (R$997/month (about US$197)): everything in Essential, with measurement every two weeks, a full entry report, competitive analysis, recommendations on what to publish, and traffic integration.
Premium (R$2,497/month (about US$497)): everything in Professional, with weekly measurement, quarterly full reviews, ongoing content production and priority support.

The current scope of each plan is the one described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Customers who bought a one-time audit before the subscription plans keep what they bought under the terms in force at the time.

3. Prices, currency and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe's own terms of service.

All plans are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL), whatever your country or the language of the page you bought from. Any amount shown in US dollars is an approximate reference only. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the BRL charge and may add its own conversion fees, which we do not control. The price in reais shown at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add fees at the end of the funnel.

4. Briefing, measurement and delivery

After you subscribe, you complete a short brand briefing in your dashboard (brand name, website, category, competitors, countries and languages). The first measurement runs once the briefing is complete; if key fields are missing, we will ask you to complete them before the work starts.

Results are delivered continuously in your dashboard, not as a one-off report. The measurement repeats on your plan's schedule (monthly, every two weeks or weekly), your official brand page goes live within 5 business days of a complete briefing and your approval, and the remaining deliverables of your plan follow on its cadence for as long as the subscription is active.

5. What you get, and what you don't

You get:

The measurement, dashboard and deliverables of the plan you subscribed to.
The verbatim AI responses behind your results, available in the dashboard or on request.
Your official brand page, which we write, publish after your approval, and maintain while the subscription is active.
Email support for questions about your results.

You do not get:

Access to your own website or systems from our side. Changes to your site are published by you or your team; we tell you exactly what to change and, on plans that include content, write it for you.
A guarantee of any specific ranking, citation rate, or revenue outcome. We measure visibility honestly and do the highest-leverage work, but AI search results depend on dozens of factors we don't control.
Anything we did not specifically describe on the pricing page. If a feature isn't listed, it isn't included.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You can get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first charge, no reason needed. After that, you can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us: the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, you are not charged again, and partial periods are not refunded. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Citorial to:

Submit briefings for brands you do not own or have no authorization to represent.
Monitor a brand with the goal of harassing, defaming, or maliciously interfering with its operations.
Re-sell our reports verbatim. You may quote findings inside your own client work; you may not white-label entire reports as someone else's product without a separate written agreement.
Scrape, replicate, or attempt to circumvent the customer dashboard.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of any unused balance pro-rated to the date of termination.

8. Intellectual property

You own your brand, your briefing answers, and the reports and content we deliver to you (you are free to share them internally, quote them externally, or republish parts of them for your own marketing). The official brand page stays hosted and maintained by us on citorial.com while the subscription is active.

We own the Citorial brand, the customer dashboard, the measurement pipeline (including how questions are generated and evaluated), and any aggregated/anonymized data we extract for product improvement. Aggregated data never includes brand names or other identifying information about your account.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

We provide Citorial "as is" and warrant only that we will use commercially reasonable skill and care in delivering your subscription. We do not warrant that our recommendations will achieve any specific outcome, that AI assistants will continue to behave consistently, or that any specific channel or citation pattern will persist.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms, regardless of cause, is capped at the amount you paid Citorial in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Citorial after a change constitutes acceptance.

You can stop using Citorial at any time by canceling your subscription from the dashboard, as described in section 6.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes should first be raised in writing to contato@citorial.com; if not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil. Consumer rights granted to you by your country's mandatory law (e.g. LGPD, GDPR, CCPA) remain in force regardless of this clause.
